Someone special is coming... we recommend booking your visit to see Santa in his magical elevator in advance as he gets very busy at this time of year! 

A few things to know before you book:

Tickets are non-refundable, however if your plans change you are welcome to reschedule your visit subject to availability.

Each booking can include up to four children. If you have more than four little ones joining the fun, simply make a second booking for the remaining children.

To get started, select your preferred date below. Blue dates have availability. Red dates are fully booked.

Yes, you may reschedule via our "Manage Booking" portal up to 48 hours before your scheduled visit, provided other slots are available.

Absolutely. We have ensured that our grotto is fully accessible for wheelchairs and strollers. If you have specific needs, please contact us.
