Tickets are non-refundable. You may reschedule a booking prior to your visit, subject to availability remaining.
Up to four children may be included in a booking. More than four children requires a second booking.
We recommend a maximum of 2 adults per family.
Please note that the booking time is for your visit with Santa, and we advise you leave plenty of time to ride up on the train as they may become busy. Trains run every 10 minutes and the journey up takes roughly 5 minutes.
