What is the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable.
However, you may change your visit date, subject to availability, via the reschedule link in your booking email.
Can my child sit on Santa?
Please do not sit your child on Santa. There will be space next to him.
Can I change my booking date or time?
Yes. Click 'Edit Booking' on the menu above.
I have not received my ticket?
Please search your inbox for 'Father Christmas' or check your junk/spam email folder.
I cannot print my ticket?
Your booking reference, or booking name, will allow Santa's Elves to find your booking at the Grotto.
Can I book for more than four children?
Santa wants to make sure he speaks to each and every child, so to do this we limit each booking to 4 children.
For more than 4 children, a second booking is necessary so that we may manage timings.
How many adults may attend?
A maximum of 6 visitors may attend in each booking, more than that may prove to be a squeeze unfortunately.
We recommend no more than 4 adults per booking, and a maximum of 4 children per booking.
For example, (max per booking) - 4 adults & 2 children, 3 adults & 3 children, 2 adults & 4 children etc.
Will I receive a gift?
Yes, Santa will have a gift for each child. (Sorry grown ups, you'll have to wait until Christmas morning!). As part of our sustainability drive, all of Santa's gifts are unwrapped.
Are pushchairs allowed?
Yes.
